extremely easy banana bread

When we buy bananas we typically buy them in large bunches because they are cheaper at Aldi's and you can always freeze them for later. Due to the fact that we always have bananas in the house I am always trying to find new recipes using bananas. While searching the internet I found this recipe on a fellow bloggers site.

Banana Bread
-3 bananas, mashed
-1/3 cup melted butter
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 egg
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 1/2 cup flour

What to do:
Mix butter and mashed bananas together.
Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour last, mix.
Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.

Yummy!
